3.1. Payment method
For maximum convenience, Mayqueen offers Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
- No deposit or advance bank transfer is required.
- You only pay the exact amount printed on the invoice provided by the delivery staff.
3.2. Co-inspection right (Check your order before paying)
Mayqueen applies a fully transparent shopping policy. You have the right to "co-inspect" the parcel with the courier:
- What you may check: When the courier arrives, you may ask to open the parcel for an external check. You may check the quantity, product type, packaging colour, and whether the labels and protective film (seal) are intact.
- Inspection limits: You may NOT tear the sealing label, remove the box seal, open bottle/jar lids or try the product in any form.
- Payment obligation: If the goods are as described and intact, please pay the courier in full. If the parcel shows signs of being crushed, damp, the wrong item or tampered with, you have the right to REFUSE DELIVERY and call our Hotline immediately for prompt resolution. You will not pay any return fee in this case.
