2.2. Standard delivery times
- Inner Hanoi: Very fast processing and delivery in just 1 - 2 working days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be received the same day.
- Outer Hanoi and other provinces/cities: Delivery takes 2 - 5 working days (excluding public holidays, Tet and Sundays).
- Force majeure: Deliveries may be unexpectedly delayed during major sales events (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Mega Sale), severe weather (storms, floods), epidemics, or errors in the carrier's dispatch system. Should this happen, we will notify you in advance.
2.3. Shipping fees
- Free shipping: 100% free nationwide shipping on all orders with a final payment total of 500,000 VND or more.
- Flat shipping fee: For orders under 500,000 VND, Mayqueen subsidises shipping and charges a single flat fee of 30,000 VND per order for every province.
2.4. Handling unsuccessful deliveries
- The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. The courier will call ahead before each delivery.
- If the customer cannot be reached after 3 attempts, or postpones delivery for too long, the order is automatically returned to the warehouse. Customers who want it redelivered will pay the additional shipping fee.
